Woven Light (2025) is a work featured at the Palace of Science Museum in Belrgade Serbia, as part of the Gallery S.E.F. inaugural opening.

The work was inspired by research in the field of nano-technology and
biodegradable materials, which enable the development of sensitive textiles capable of detecting physiological changes before the appearance of visible symptoms.

In this regard, Woven Light functions as a living ecosystem, continually shaped by subtle—often imperceptible—transformations. It never appears exactly the same twice; instead, it exists in a state of quiet flux, where minor shifts accumulate over time to produce meaningful variation. Like breath, metabolism, or neural activity, the work evolves through micro-adjustments rather than dramatic rupture, revealing a form that is never fixed but perpetually becoming.

Spanning over two metres in height (2.4m x .9m), and hand-built using locally sourced natural materials created in collaboration with community members, Woven Light explores depth, texture, waveforms, and traditional weaving techniques, viscerally connecting the present and the past.
